Prime’s mortadella are made using the original recipes of Mr Bruno Galli, who was considered to be one of Italy’s leading experts in the manufacture of mortadella.
The whole manufacturing process is according to the authentic Italian method using a slow cooking process on machinery specially made in Italy.

- Mortadella Regina – A large diameter mortadella with pieces of ham and fat, and pistachios
- Mortadella Stella – A standard size typical mortadella with fat cubes and whole peppercorns
