Pork
All cuts of fresh pork are available.
We do not sell imported pork that has been injected with water to increase the weight.
Beef
We offer both local beef and imported fresh and frozen beef.
Fresh beef includes Argentinian Rib-Eye, Dutch Limousine Rump, and Irish Topside.
Chicken
The majority of chicken and chicken parts that we sell are all fresh. A new product that is becoming very popular is fresh corn fed chickens imported weekly from Italy.
Turkey
We have available fresh turkey breast received weeky from Italy.
Lamb
We only sell NZ lamb, that is considered to be one of the best available.
Veal
We only sell Dutch Milk Fed Veal that is considered to be the best veal available. We do not sell grain fed veal. We have now started importing fresh veal and still have available the frozen veal
Rabbit
We only sell fresh rabbits imported by us from Italy and Sicily on a weekly basis.
Game
A full range of game is available including quails, pheasant, goose and ducks.
Horse Meat
This is a new product that we have started to import recently.
Breaded Products
These include Cordon Bleu, Chicken Nuggets, Escalopes and Chicke Kievs.
Prepared Meats
A range of prepared meats is available including stuffed pork tenderloins, stuffed chicken breast, bragioli, meat loaf and kebabs.
Marinted Meats
Most cuts of pork, chicken and beef can be purchased in a variety of marinates including Smokey BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Tandouri, Tikka, Italian, Sweet & Sour, Chinnese, Hor & Spicy, Orange & Basil.
Sausages, Burgers & Bacon
All types of bacon including back, streaky and collar. A vast range of different types of sausages including the popular Maltese sausages, Smoked Maltese Sausages, Italian Sausages, Cumberland & Sage Sausages, Pork & Tomato Sausages, Frankfurters.
