All cuts of fresh pork are available.<\/p>\n

We do not sell imported pork that has been injected with water to increase the weight.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Beef<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
\n

We offer both local beef and imported fresh and frozen beef.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Fresh beef includes Argentinian Rib-Eye, Dutch Limousine Rump, and Irish Topside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Chicken<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

The majority of chicken and chicken parts that we sell are all fresh.\u00a0A new product that is becoming very popular is fresh corn fed chickens imported weekly from Italy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Turkey<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
\n

We have available fresh turkey breast received weeky from Italy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Lamb<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
\n

We only sell NZ lamb, that is considered to be one of the best available.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Veal<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
\n

We only sell Dutch Milk Fed Veal that is considered to be the best veal available.\u00a0<\/span>We do not sell grain fed veal.\u00a0<\/span>We have now started importing fresh veal and still have available the frozen veal\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Rabbit<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

We only sell fresh rabbits imported by us from Italy and Sicily on a weekly basis.<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Game<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
\n

A full range of game is available including quails, pheasant, goose and ducks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This is a new product that we have started to import recently.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Breaded Products<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

These include Cordon Bleu, Chicken Nuggets, Escalopes and Chicke Kievs.

Prepared Meats<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
\n

A range of prepared meats is available including stuffed pork tenderloins, stuffed chicken breast, bragioli, meat loaf and kebabs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Marinted Meats<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Most cuts of pork, chicken and beef can be purchased in a variety of marinates including Smokey BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Tandouri, Tikka, Italian, Sweet & Sour, Chinnese, Hor & Spicy, Orange & Basil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
