Prime manufacture several types of sausages including: 

Maltese Sausage
This is the traditional sausage with garlic, coriander, parsley and pepper.

Prime only use selected cuts of pork together with fresh herbs and spices in the manufacture of this sausage

Smoked Maltese Sausage
This is a variation of Maltese sausage with the additional phase of smoking to give a particularly succulent product.

Italian Sausage
Italian sausages are made of selected cuts of fresh pork with the addition of a blend of spices including cumin that are typical of this type of sausages.

Italian sausages are particularly suitable for grilling or barbecues

Breakfast Sausages ( 8 or 16 links per lb)
Breakfast sausages are sometimes referred to as English-type sausages because they are made according to the English method using rusk as an ingredient together with a special blend of herbs and spices.

The breakfast sausage range is sold frozen in packets of 454g each.

There are two types, the thick variety consists of 8 sausages per packet whilst the thin variety consists of 16 sausages per packet.

Prime manufacture 2 types of breakfast sausages, the first is made of pure pork whilst the other is made out of a mixture of [pork and beef.

The range includes:

  • Pork Sausages 8 x 454g, Pork Sausages 16 x 454g
  • Pork & Beef Sausages 8 x 454g, Pork & Beef Sausages 16 x 454g

Prime’s frankfurters are made of pure pork. This is a fully cooked product that has also been smoked. All that is need is to reheat the sausages prior to serving. Prime’s frankfurters can be eaten on their own say in a bun. They are also very popular for barbecues.
